Minimum resultant can never be less then 5N

Reason# 10-5=5 (when they are anti parallel)

When position vector r and F are in same direction then angle between them is 0 degree and torque gives its minimum value

Reason# torque=r f sin(0)

                  torque=r f (0)

                  torque=0
